Outdoor Yoga at Badgells Wood

I have been asked to cover an Outdoor Yoga class in August which takes place under a beautiful canopy in Badgells Wood located in Meopham, Kent. I will be teaching on Saturdays 1st, 8th and 22nd August and the class will run for 90 minutes starting at 9.15am - with parking available on-site.

I attended with my daughter last weekend - just for the fun of it - and it just feels so grounding to practise alongside birdsong and with the fresh air on your skin. There is a canopy overhead to protect from the sun and in fact it was lovely and cool when I went what with being nestled in the woods. It would be lovely to see some of my students there if anyone is free and interested.
