Weekly Classes - In Person & Online

I have been teaching yoga classes  locally in Dartford and Crayford since 2014. Having moved my classes online in 2020 during the pandemic, I have recently started back up with some "in person" classes again but will retain an online offering too.

In Person Yoga Classes

Mondays 7pm to 8pm: (from Monday 27th June 2022) at Dartford Grammar School for Girls on Shepherds Lane in Dartford in the old gym on the ground floor. For more information click here.

Online Classes

I have been teaching weekly classes via Zoom since Autumn 2020 and I have found it works really well as it offers my students the flexibility and convenience of an affordable weekly yoga class that they can do from home and fit in around other commitments. As my "in person" classes have now resumed, I am currently offering just one Weekly Live Zoom Class on a Friday morning from 9.30am to 10.30am. The cost is £5 per session. If you are unable to attend the live Zoom classes, recordings of my online classes can also be purchased at a cost of £5 and you will receive a link to the recording to watch online. Students attending the class “live” can have the link to the recording of that class for free. 

Private Yoga Tuition

I also offer private yoga tuition in the comfort of your own home, via Zoom or at my home if you prefer. I live in Dartford and would be willing to travel within Dartford and surrounding areas. Private tuition would be ideal if you feel you would benefit from a more tailored yoga offering or perhaps you have a health concern that makes it difficult to participate in a general class. Either way, do feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements. 

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing) are a key element of yoga and both play a crucial role in our health and wellbeing. I always include pranayama within my yoga classes as well as a focus on meditation within relaxation but if you would like to delve deeper into either of these areas on a one-to-one basis then please feel free to drop me a line.

Yoga Workshops & Retreats

I have been running regular yoga workshops, retreats and sound baths over the last 8 years and I will update here when I have my next event planned.

  • 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher training (Yoga Alliance)

  • Gong Practitioner Level 1 and 2 certification (Gong Playing and Sound Healing)

  • Reiki Drum (Drum Journeying) Practitioner
