Weekly In Person Classes

I have been teaching hatha yoga classes locally in Dartford and Crayford since 2014.  My classes offer a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life and offer benefits for both your physical and mental health.

Grab a mat, take a deep breath and realign your body and mind. I guarantee that you will leave every class feeling centred and renewed.

*For health & hygiene reasons, please bring your own yoga mat to my classes*


All classes are £9 drop in. Yoga classes can be booked online here. A discounted 10 class pass is available for £85. This must be paid for in a single payment in cash or by bank transfer and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Mondays 7pm to 8pm: at Dartford Grammar School for Girls on Shepherds Lane in Dartford in the old gym on the ground floor. For details about the location please click here and for more detailed information about this class generally please click here. Cost is £9 drop in. 

Wednesdays 9.30am to 10.30am: in Studio 2 (first floor) at Europa Gymnastics Centre on Vimy Way in Crayford/Dartford borders. For more information click here. Cost is £9 drop in. 

Fridays 9.30am to 10.30am: (starting on 26th April) in Studio 3 (ground floor) at Europa Gymnastics Centre on Vimy Way in Crayford/Dartford borders. For more information click here. Cost is £9 drop in. 

Private Yoga Tuition

I also offer private yoga tuition in the comfort of your own home, via Zoom or at my home if you prefer. I live in Dartford and would be willing to travel within Dartford and close by. Private tuition would be ideal if you feel you would benefit from a more tailored yoga offering. Perhaps you have a health concern that makes it difficult to participate in a general class or maybe you want to work on specific postures or on a specific aspect of yoga. Please bear in mind I am also qualified in pregnancy (prenatal) and postnatal yoga as well as being a qualified personal trainer so am in a position to assist on various levels. I also have experience working with wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility. Either way, do feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements. 

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing) are a key element of yoga and both play a crucial role in our health and wellbeing. I always include pranayama within my yoga classes as well as a focus on meditation within relaxation but if you would like to delve deeper into either of these areas on a one-to-one basis then please feel free to drop me a line.

Yoga Workshops & Retreats

My last event was a Yoga, Cacao & Sound Mini Retreat held on Sunday 21st April 2024. I am hoping to run another event in the Autumn/Winter period. No date set yet. Click here for more details.

  • Teaching Diplomas in Pregnancy and Post-Natal Yoga, Parent and Baby Yoga and Children’s Yoga 

  • Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training Diploma

  • Philosophy of Yoga Course with the Oxford Centre of Hindu Studies

  • Exercise Strategy for Perimenopause to Post Menopause

  • Pelvic Floor Awareness CPD 

  • Foundation Course in Pranayama (40 hours)

  • British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course in Yoga (60 hours)

  • Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga training immersion (20 hours) incorporating Pranayama, Vedic Chanting and Meditation.

  • 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher training (Yoga Alliance)

  • Gong Practitioner Level 1 and 2 certification (Gong Playing and Sound Healing)

  • Reiki Drum (Drum Journeying) Practitioner

  • Learn to Lead Kirtan CPD

  • Singing Bowl Exploration CPD

  • A member of the Mindfulness Association
