I have a new Friday morning yoga class starting on Friday 26th April 2024 in Studio 3 at Europa Gymnastics Centre on Vimy Way in Crayford.
This replaces my previous Friday morning Zoom and hopefully it will work for some of my current students as well as finding some new yogis too.
The class will run from 9.30am to 10.30am and will cost £9 drop in. You can book your space online via my booking page
As with my other classes, please bring your own yoga mat and props if you have them.
