Services
I offer a variety of wellness services including yoga classes and events, 1-2-1 private and corporate yoga, Reiki healing and sound baths. You can enjoy them as separate offerings or I would be happy to combine services for a blended offering. Please refer to the individual sections below for more details.
I currently teach three yoga classes in Dartford and Crayford. I have also been running yoga retreat days for the past 11 years as well as offering private yoga tuition both to individuals, small groups and for corporate yoga events (including for Ikea and Amazon).
As a qualified Reiki Master, I offer Reiki Healing sessions from my home in Dartford. I have also qualified as a Gong Practitioner and Sound Healer and am able to offer Reiki Drumming, Drum Journeying and Sound Baths with a variety of sound tools including Gongs, Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Drums and Chimes.
