Reiki First Degree (Shoden)
Connect to Reiki energy and learn techniques to bring healing, relaxation and balance to body, mind and spirit
Shoden introduces the student to the Reiki energy by a series of attunements. It is the beginning of the Reiki path of self healing and transformation and enables you to treat yourself and others. I found this level really beneficial as an initial introduction to Reiki which enabled me to help my children and family as well as friends and pets too.

I teach Reiki First Degree on a one-to-one basis as this is how I learned and this method of study gives you lots of opportunity to ask questions, to receive Reiki healing yourself as well as a chance to practise. I find this to be a really thorough and beneficial way to learn.

In order to allow time for home practice, the course will involve 4 sessions of 2 hours each. These can be arranged weekly or fortnightly according to mutual availability. The idea is to make this work for you, to allow time for practising on family or friends and equally any queries that arise can be discussed together. Reiki Second Degree (Practitioner Course – Okuden)
Prerequisite Reiki I
Okuden brings a deeper understanding of the Reiki energies as well as an increase in abilities. This is practitioner level and gives the student more tools to work with.

As with Reiki First Degree, I offer a thorough training on a one-to-one basis with plenty of time allowed for both receiving and giving Reiki so that you are able to put all that you learn into practise. This again gives time for any queries that may arise and can be structured in a way that is mutually convenient. We will allow for 4 sessions of approx. 2 hours each either weekly or fortnightly and the course will cover all that you need to know in order to work as a Reiki practitioner yourself. This second level of training will both deepen your connection to and ability in Reiki even if you don't intend to practise professionally.

Reiki First Degree Course
£220
This includes at least 8 hours of in person training, Reiki healing each session that we meet and a comprehensive accompanying manual and Reiki I certificate once the course has been completed.
(A deposit of £100 can be made at the time of booking with the balance being due just before the course starts.)
Reiki Second Degree Course
£275
This includes at least 8 hours of in person training, Reiki healing each session that we meet and a comprehensive accompanying manual and Reiki II certificate once the course has been completed.
