Life Coaching

Life Coaching is an investment in yourself that will benefit your entire life. Sessions are tailored to you and your circumstances & supporting you to move forward from where you are now to where you would like to be.

Is there a gap between where you currently are and where you want to be? Do you feel like your life has become stuck, that you are no longer moving forward and in fact you don't know how to move forward? Perhaps there is one particular aspect in your life that you feel is holding you back, an obstacle or challenge that is preventing you from living the life you envision for yourself? Or maybe you just don't feel happy with your current situation in life, whether that's work, a relationship, your mindset or even your body or physical health. Whatever it is that is causing you concern or dominating your thoughts, I am here to help you. I want to help you feel happy again, to help you feel like your life is moving forward in the direction you want it to, to help you reconnect with a positive outlook that will make each day a joy to wake up to and to help you feel excited about what the future will hold.

It can be difficult to ask for help and in actual fact knowing who to ask for help, or where to turn to can be a stumbling block in itself. In this world where we can connect with each other at a click of a button I believe we have never been more disconnected! Of course there's family and friends, people you love and trust, but sometimes it can be hard to talk about our feelings, concerns or the obstacles (physical or mental) that we encounter in our lives and it can feel like we're burdening people or perhaps even that they don't really understand us or simply don't have the time available to truly help. This is where I believe that in my role as a holistic life coach I am able to help.

As your coach my role would be to hold space for you, to listen to you and allow you to share your thoughts or concerns with me in complete confidence. Together we can address your thoughts or concerns and through enquiry find a way to help you to move forward, work towards a goal or whatever it is that you wish to focus on.

The role of a life coach is to help you focus on the future, on building the future you desire and deserve and to help you create an achievable plan of action to get you closer to where you want to be. This can be in relation to any aspect of your life - work, relationships, family or improving your health, for instance, or can be more to do with finding more happiness in your life, changing your mindset and being more positive, or maybe even just helping you to find some direction and to get "unstuck".

The first step towards discovering if I am the right "fit" for you or whether you even want to work with a life coach is for us to have a chat, or a "discovery call". This is an informal chat over the phone or Zoom (so we can see each other) of about 20 minutes where we can connect and see how I can help you in your current situation. This is a free call intended as an introduction without any commitment on your part, just to explore the possibility of working together.

Sessions can either take place in person in my home in Dartford (Kent) or over Zoom if more convenient or if you do not live locally.

A guide to the cost of one-to-one coaching with me. There is flexibility to tailor the length of programmes.

75-minute session


One 75-minute one-to-one coaching session offered for those new to coaching with me to start the coaching process and potentially progress to the 6-week coaching package. Can be booked as a standalone appointment.

6 session one-to-one coaching programme


More benefits will be reaped from coaching if we are able to meet regularly over a period of time. This programme includes a 1-hour meeting once a week (or fortnightly if preferred) and includes regular check-ins with me should you require them.
