This Midwinter Full Moon sound bath will run on Friday 30th January 2026 from 7pm to 8pm at Dartford Girls Grammar School (in the upstairs Dance Studio - see venue information drop down under yoga classes) Come and join me in my first event of 2026 for a deeply relaxing and therapeutic sound bath under the watchful gaze of the approaching Midwinter February Full Moon (1st February) during which I will bring together the harmonious vibrations of my drums, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and my planetary and wind gongs. This experience will help promote deep relaxation, clear stagnant energy, restore balance, facilitating a sense of peace, release and well-being. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or simply a moment of peace, this sound bath will offer you a space to align with the rhythms of nature and embrace the energetic potential of this seasonal transition which marks the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. Please bring a yoga mat (or something comfortable) to lay on, as well as a blanket or anything else you might need to get cosy. You will be laying down for the duration of the sound bath. Terms & conditions: - 14 days or more prior to the event date, payments are refundable (less £2 processing fee per booking). - 13 days or less prior to the event date, payments are non refundable but you can transfer your place to a friend if you wish (please let me know if you wish to do this). - No refunds for no shows. - In the event of cancellation by the host due to adverse weather conditions (for Winter events), payments are non refundable but bookings can be transferred to a future event.
