Friday Evening Seasonal Yoga Series

Service Description

Running on: Friday 7th, 14th and 28th November [N.B. Class passes can be used at this class - you can book with me or just turn up if you have a pass] A complete yoga experience to transition from work mode to weekend. Each Friday will bring a little more relaxation than my usual yoga classes with an invitation to unwind and restore. Friday 7th November: Rest & Restore - Hatha Yoga with Yoga Nidra (a yoga practice to give you space to rest and restore – deeply nourishing for mind, body and spirit) Friday 14th November: Rooted in Gratitude: Yoga & Meditation (a heart-opening yoga practice including time for meditation) [Friday 21st November: New Moon Sound Bath - book via different link on main booking page] Friday 28th November: Deep Release - A Yin Yoga Practice (a deeply grounding yoga practice, low to the ground, focusing on slow, deep stretching) Location: Dartford Girls Grammar School, on Shepherds Lane in Dartford. Our teaching space is in the "Dance Studio" which is up the stairs above the old gym (our Monday space). Please see "venue information" in the drop-down menu on my website for details on how to find the room. What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and if you have any props (blocks, straps, blanket, etc.) please bring them along too. Please book your space for this class and pay online.
