Personal Training
For me, personal training is about supporting people on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle that is both sustainable in the long-term and which helps them achieve their health and fitness goals. As a Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer I can help you with your fitness goals, and the nutrition to support this, whether these are motivated by health concerns or whether you have a more aesthetic goal in mind.

Areas we can focus on include general fitness/stamina, weight loss, fat loss, building muscle tone and strength, flexibility and improving mental health and wellbeing through movement and creating a healthier lifestyle. I am also specialised in areas of women's health including pelvic floor health and the peri to post menopause life stages. Your exercise programme will be customised specifically to your needs and to help you meet your goals and I can also offer nutritional support and guidance to help support you on your journey to better health.
As a side note, for any vegetarians or vegans interested in connecting with me, please be aware that I am a long-term vegan myself and therefore able to advise on a healthy vegan/plant-based diet.

HOW IT WORKS
I am based in Dartford, Kent and I train clients predominantly from my home simply because I have a lot of equipment here. I also live right near the park so if you are able to come to me then we can utilise my indoor space, small garden and the park (if that is of interest). However, if you prefer not to travel to me and you live in Dartford or nearby then I can come to you or we can meet in an outdoor space. Our sessions will be tailored to your goals and I will make sure your workouts stay interesting and fun. The easiest way to make progress and stay consistent is if you enjoy what we're doing!

Please note that I can also offer sessions over Zoom if preferred and/or can offer more of an online coaching style arrangement/support if this suits you better.

Block of 8 PT sessions
£300
Eight one-to-one personal training sessions which includes initial consultation, nutritional support, a customised exercise programme and weekly check-ins.
Block of 10 PT sessions
£350
Ten one-to-one personal training sessions which includes initial consultation, nutritional support, a customised exercise programme and weekly check-ins.
