Spring Equinox New Moon Sound Bath

Service Description

This New Moon sound bath will take place on the evening of the Spring Equinox on Friday 20th March 2026 from 7pm to 8pm at Dartford Girls Grammar School (in the upstairs Dance Studio - see venue information drop down under yoga classes) The Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, as winter releases its hold and spring begins to stir. A sound bath at this threshold supports emotional and nervous-system balance, helping you recalibrate after winter’s heaviness and before spring’s outward push. ​This experience invites you to pause, reset, and realign. Guided by the grounding rhythms of drums, the expansive resonance of gongs, and the gentle tones of singing bowls and chimes, you’ll be immersed in soothing vibrations that support deep relaxation, gentle reflection, and the quiet planting of new intentions. Come as you are, rest deeply, and welcome the season of renewal. Please bring something comfortable to lay on (e.g. yoga mat, camping mat), as well as a blanket, cushion/pillow and anything else you might need to get cosy.
