Returns Policy

We hope you will love our products but if you would like to return any item then you have fourteen days, from receipt of the goods, in which to inform us. In the first instance please contact us at: emma@samadhi-yoga.co.uk informing us of the reasons for your return and we will give you further instructions. 
 
Please include details of your order number and the reason for return. Products should be unused and kept in a good unused condition together with any original packaging. 

Please use appropriate protective packaging when returning products and include a copy of the delivery note. Proof of postage must be obtained just in case your parcel goes missing as we will not be held responsible if items do not arrive and will not issue a refund until the goods are received.

Once the product has been received by us and we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you, we will issue you with a refund to the original method of payment. Please note postage costs will not be refunded, only the cost of the item.
