So our first Zoom class this week worked pretty well. I received lovely feedback from all those who attended and now I know how it works, that everyone can participate fully and most importantly that we can still enjoy our practice together then I’ve decided to run two classes next week.
This was my view during the class. It was so lovely to see all my students most of whom I haven’t seen for months and it was surprisingly enjoyable. It was admittedly a little surreal but I guess it will become easier and more natural over time. At the end of the day we have all had to make so many changes and have adapted to so many new rules and regulations and ways of “being” over the past six months that I think we are all becoming accustomed to embracing change.
So for those of you who are interested, I will be running two Hatha Yoga classes next week on Wednesday 16th September and Friday 18th September. Both classes will run from 9.45am to 10.45am and I will be available online in the Zoom meeting space from around 9.30am if you want to log on a little earlier and get settled and iron out any technical niggles. Cost for the class is £5.00 (by bank transfer please) and if you want to book your space just drop me a message to firstname.lastname@example.org or via my Facebook page and I will give you my bank details. Please note you can use remaining class credits for this and any subsequent Zoom classes.
Once payment is received and your space booked I will send you a link to the “meeting” which has the ID and passcode required for this specific class and that’s it. If you are new to Zoom you might like to familiarise yourself with it beforehand, check out the website or the app, but I do find it is quite clear to follow. On the day you just need to click on the link and it will take you through to the class space – open from 9.30am on that day. Any queries please ask and please mention any health concerns at the time of booking.
Please note that if you are new to my classes I would need you to fill out a health questionnaire for me which I can email you and return by email before the class.
