We are now into our Summer Term (Term 4) of yoga classes.
This term will run from Monday 3rd June 2019 to Friday 19th July 2019 inclusive. This is a 7 week term so lots of opportunity to enjoy a consistent practice before we break for the summer. As it is a 7 week term I will be theming each week around each of the 7 chakras, or energy centres.
Please note there a few changes to be aware of:
- ONE-OFF TIME CHANGE: FRIDAY 21ST JUNE 2019 (EVENING CLASS ONLY)
I have already discussed this with some of my regular Friday evening students but due to a special family occasion my Friday evening class on Friday 21st June will run from 6.30pm to 7.30pm as an exception. The usual time of 7pm to 8pm will apply on all other Fridays.
- NO MORNING CLASS ON WEDNESDAY 10TH JULY
I will not be available to teach my yoga class at Europa on the morning of Wednesday 10th July due to a clash with my son’s last Sport’s Day at Junior School. I will discuss with my students (and the venue) nearer the time whether we might move the class to another morning that week.
- FRIDAY EVENING CLASS ON FRIDAY 19TH JULY
Unfortunately I don’t think I will be able to teach my evening class on Friday 19th July due to a clash with my son’s Junior School leaver’s party. I will know for definite nearer the time, if this is the case then I will replace the class the following Friday 26th July so that there will still be 7 sessions this term. I will discuss with my regular students in due course.
- YOGA DAYS
There are no yoga days or additional events this term. My next full-day yoga retreat is on Sunday 22nd September 2019. This will be my last full yoga day this year. Please click here for details of upcoming workshops.
- SUMMER BREAK
Please click here for more details.
Please note that I update my Classes page at the start of every week to reflect exactly what is going on for the week ahead in case of any unforeseen changes.
All these details can be found on my Summer Term page which will be the most up-to-date reference.
I look forward to seeing everyone again on their mats!
