I hope you all enjoyed the break over the Easter holidays. We were so lucky with the beautiful weather, long may it continue!
So we are now commencing our Spring Term (Term 3) of yoga classes. For those of you who are new to my classes I teach term-time only (in blocks of between five and seven weeks depending on school dates) and I therefore do not teach during the school holidays. Classes, however, may be attended on a drop-in basis, i.e. no need to book for the whole term.
Our Spring Term will run from Wednesday 24th April 2019 to Friday 24th May 2019 inclusive (approximately five teaching weeks) and while I don’t anticipate there being any changes to this running schedule, it is always worth checking my Classes page, which I update every week, before coming along particularly if you have missed a week or two. My Classes page will reflect exactly what is going on for the week ahead in case of any unforeseen changes.
Please be aware that I do not teach on bank holidays as my venues are closed so there will be no Men’s Yoga class on the early May bank holiday Monday 6th May 2019.
In addition there will be no Friday evening class on Friday 24th May 2019 due to a personal commitment. The last Friday evening class for this term will therefore be on Friday 17th May. My morning classes will, however, be running on Friday 24th May.
Our next break will coincide with the school May holidays and there will therefore be no classes from Monday 27th May (which is a bank holiday) to Friday 31st May inclusive.
All these details can be found on my Spring Term page.
I look forward to seeing everyone again on their mats!
