Service Description

Approximate timings: 9.45 - 10.00am: Arrivals and settling in 10.00am - 11.45am: "Yang to Yin" Yoga Class 11.45am - 12.15pm: Break for Tea & Biscuits/Cake 12.15pm - 1.15pm: Restorative Sound Bath 1.15pm - 1.30pm: Closing & Departures This half-day retreat will offer you the chance to delve a little deeper into your yoga practice without having to commit to a full day and to help you feel blissfully rested. We will explore an extended yoga practice in the morning which will contain both "yin" and "yang" elements befitting to being a Sunday morning. We will ease in slowly, gradually build up warmth, get our energy up then wind down to deeper stretches and an indulgent savasana relaxation. This practice will also include time for some meditation and pranayama. We will then take a short break for tea and biscuits/cake (refreshments will be provided) before coming together for a relaxing and restorative Gong and Sound Bath. This half-day retreat is intended as a "mini escape" from everyday life, a chance to focus on your own needs in terms of mind, body and spirit as well as to have some peace and quiet away from your otherwise busy lives. It is also designed to help support you during this seasonal transition deeper into Autumn leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
