Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, I kindly request that you give me as much notice as possible - a minimum 24 hours from appointment time - as a mark of respect for the value of my time. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full treatment fee - which will have been paid in advance - will be retained.
I am a small business with limited availability so my time is my most valuable asset. As such I need to ensure that appointments are available to clients who need them. I appreciate your understanding.
