If you are a current or past student I will already have a health questionnaire from you, however, as this is a remote offering I am obviously not able to observe your practice. It is therefore extra important that you tune in and listen to your body and only practise in a way that feels comfortable.
If you are brand new to me it is particularly important that you are in good health before practising with me and that you take the time to listen to my instructions on alignment. If you have concerns about your ability to participate safely in a yoga practice then please do check with your doctor before joining in. I do, however, offer options and modifications for most poses so the important thing is to listen to your body and only do what feels comfortable for you. You should not experience pain at any time during the practice.
