Welcome! I am offering on demand classes via this page on my website. The idea is to provide a way of allowing those of you who wish, to continue (or start) your yoga practice with me at a time that suits you. In these current times of social distancing this is a great way to feel connected and to keep your bodies and minds healthy.
My intention is to offer new classes here each week which will be suitable for all abilities. The range of classes will thus build over the coming weeks and you can choose which classes are of interest to you and you can view them as many times as you like.
To start with I will focus on adding Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga classes but I will also add some more Vinyasa-style classes too.
