New Year New You

Welcome to a new year and a new decade. I hope you all had a restful break over the holidays and are ready to start a new and exciting year!

As my regular students will know I LOVE a new beginning, whether it is a new year, a new week, a new moon or a new season, they all bring with them an opportunity to leave behind and let go of anything that is holding us back and let us move forward in a more positive way. We can use the power of these new beginnings to set fresh intentions for what we want to encourage more of into our lives and this is exactly what everyone embraces with each new year when we set resolutions.

So if yoga has been on your “to do” list for a while, or perhaps you have taken a break from your practice and you wish to return, or maybe you are simply continuing your yoga journey, I am happy and here to help. My role as your yoga teacher is to show you a simple way to discover improved emotional, spiritual and physical health and wellbeing. Yoga restores balance to your mind, body and spirit and ultimately connects you back to yourself where we sometimes become disconnected in the hustle and bustle of our lives. When balance and harmony are restored to mind, body and spirit we feel better in ourselves, about ourselves and we feel more connected to the world around us.

This year I am offering four yoga classes each week –  three morning classes and one evening class. You can find details about my yoga offering on my Classes page which I update at the start of each new week. I also have a page specifically for Newcomers which should answer any questions you might have.

I look forward to welcoming you either back onto your mats or stepping onto your mats for the first time. It will be the start of a beautiful journey of self-discovery.
