If you want to do yoga to benefit your mind and/or your body, I can help you. If you want to share yoga with your young child, I can help you. If you want your child to start yoga, I can help you. If you are a man and want to start yoga in a male-oriented environment, I can help you too. With my new classes and current yoga schedule, offering both morning and evening classes, I have most angles and ages covered 🙂 The question is whether or not you really DO want to “do more yoga” and help bring your resolution to fruition!
