June 2015 Yoga & Relaxation Workshop

I am pleased to let you know I have finally booked a date for my next YOGA & RELAXATION WORKSHOP on Sunday 14th June 2015 in the function room at David Lloyd Gym in Dartford, Kent.

The workshop will be suitable for both absolute beginners and those with some experience. It will run for 2 hours from 10am to 12pm and we will use the time to explore a variety of yoga postures (asana) as well as introduce some breathing (pranayama) and meditation practices that will help to relax you deeply. There will also be plenty of time for a lovely long savasana relaxation at the end of the workshop. I promise you will leave feeling refreshed, revitalised and with an increased sense of wellbeing!

This will be my third workshop and both my previous workshops went really well and everyone enjoyed themselves. My last workshop in November was fully booked and we had a lovely mix of people, male and female, and a wide range of ages and abilities. Some people came with friends, others came alone and the atmosphere was friendly and inclusive.

I have decided to run a 2-hour workshop this time (as opposed to 3-hours for the last two workshops) as I wanted to see if this shorter timeframe made it more accessible to some people as I know how busy people are especially in the lead up to the summer months. If the workshop is well attended this time and enough interest is expressed I am hoping to make this 2-hour workshop framework a more regular occurrence.

The cost for the 2 hours is £15 although if you book by Sunday 17th May 2015 then there will be an early bird discount of 10% taking the cost down to only £13.50. Please note that places must be pre-booked and paid for in advance.
