I am excited to announce that I am running a YOGA WORKSHOP on Sunday 6th April 2014 at David Lloyd Gym in Dartford, Kent.
The workshop will be suitable for both absolute beginners and those with some experience. It will run for 3 hours from 10am to 1pm and we will use the time to explore a variety of asanas (postures) as well as introduce some breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques that will aid relaxation and which you can take away with you to use in daily life to help de-stress and unwind whenever need be .
The cost for the 3 hours is £20 and places must be pre-booked and paid for in advance.
