Just a heads up that I have decided to take a “re-set” week over the school May half-term break. I am really pleased that I have been able to offer an uninterrupted schedule since the start of the year as obviously consistency in your practice is key to progress BUT I do feel that I need to press pause over this coming half-term week.
Therefore, classes will be running as usual this week with our regular Wednesday and Friday morning 9.30am sessions (26th and 28th May) but there will be no classes the following week on either Wednesday 2nd or Friday 4th June.
Yoga classes will resume the week after half-term on Wednesday 9th June.
During the half-term if you wish to continue your practice with me don’t forget I have some sequences on YouTube which you can find by clicking here as well as some pre-recorded yoga classes which you can find here.
