What to expect?
Come and join me for 3 blissful hours of yoga & relaxation where all you have to think about is “you”.
Timed to welcome in the Summer Solstice which represents the height of summer, midsummer, the longest day and the shortest night of the earth’s solar year, through yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and the much-loved relaxation we will take time to tune into the energy of the season.
The workshop will be suitable for all levels of experience including absolute beginners. Both existing students and new students are welcome alike.
What does it cost?

Please note that places must be pre-booked and paid for in advance to be secured. You can pay in cash if you come to my classes or via bank transfer alternatively. (Please contact me for bank details if required.) Please note cancellation policy below.
What to bring?
– A yoga mat (I do have some mats but you please let me know in advance if you wish to borrow one to make sure this is reserved for you.)
– A bottle of water
– A blanket might be handy for relaxation

In the event that you need to cancel please note the following terms and conditions will apply:
– 15 days or more prior to the workshop: 100% of your payment will be refunded.
– 8-14 days prior to the workshop: 50% of your payment will be refunded.
– 7 days or less prior to the workshop: payments are non-refundable.
* Please note that in the event that you are not able to attend last minute and as such would not be due a refund you are more than welcome to transfer your place to a friend.
