FAMILY YOGA WORKSHOP
SUNDAY 4th November 2018
10.15am to 12.45pm
This time we will be going on a colourful adventure to OMazing India.
What to expect?
This 2 1/2 hour family yoga workshop will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some yoga with your children in a fun, light-hearted setting. The workshop will include yoga poses suitable for children and adults (no previous experience needed), partner work, games, breathing exercises and quiet time too. This could be for mums, dads, grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, carers, etc. Whatever the relationship just bring along a child or two and have some fun!
What does it cost?
£12 per adult
£6 per child
*Please note: I would suggest a minimum age of 3 years old (based on previous workshops) in order for the children to be able to participate fully in the workshop. There is no maximum age!
Price includes drinks and nibbles during a short break.
Places must be pre-booked and paid for in advance to be secured. We had between 30-35 people attending the previous few workshops so they do tend to be quite popular so I would advise early booking if you know you definitely want to come. You can pay in cash if you come to my classes or via bank transfer if preferred. (Please contact me for bank details if required.)
What to bring?
– A yoga mat (I do have some mats but I won’t automatically bring these along unless requested – so if you need one please ask in advance and these will be pre-allocated on a first-come first-served basis)
– The theme this time is “OMazing India” and children are welcome to bring along a “themed” cuddly toy of their choice if they wish (or any cuddly toy if they prefer). Think elephants, sacred cows, monkeys, crocodiles, snakes….or whatever else they can dream up!
– A bottle of water
– A blanket might be handy too (for relaxation).
We have a lovely new venue for our Family Yoga Workshop this time and it will be held at:
The Meadow Room,
The Street, Cobham, Kent
If you zoom in on the map below it gives a really clear description of the locality.
It is about 15/20 minutes drive from Dartford and very easy to find.
Following the success of my yoga day retreats at this venue I thought it would be nice to use this lovely bright space for our family workshop too. It has lots of natural light and is a lovely big space. We have exclusive use of the venue and there is lots of free on-site parking!
To book or for further information please email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on 07932 621415
Terms & conditions
In the event that you need to cancel please note the following terms and conditions will apply:
